1. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
No, all sales are final, but please contact us if you have any questions or concerns - your satisfaction is very important to us.
3. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are shipped approximately within 1-2 business days of order date, plus standard shipping time. Note: due to COVID-19, please expect possible delays.
4. Are your glasses limited?
Yes, our Collector's Series glasses are released in limited quantities and for a limited time only. Once sold out, they will not be re-released again.
5. How can I learn more about your newest drops or products?
For the latest in drops and products, become a LAGS GLASS member on Facebook. Members will have access to limited glassware release dates, new drops, exclusive information and more!
6. What is the policy on pre-sale and/or pre-order items?
Pre-sale and/or Pre-order items will have an estimated ship date in each listing. Any purchases of pre-sale and in stock items will be shipped together. All sales are final.
